Vision Call

A free hour to find out what's possible

A 60-minute coaching session with James. You sharpen a vivid, personal vision for the next 12 months and surface what's currently in the way of living it. No obligation, no pitch.

What it is

Real coaching, not a sales call.

The Vision Call is one structured hour of actual coaching. It exists because the only honest way to know whether coaching is right for you is to do some coaching.

You arrive with whatever is most alive. By the end you have a vivid, personal vision for the next 12 months, a clear sense of what's currently in the way of living it, and an honest answer to the question "is one-to-one coaching the right move for me right now?"

If yes, James will share what working together looks like. If no, you walk away with the vision and the next step, and we wish each other well. No follow-up sequence asking for a decision.

What happens

Three movements across an hour.

01 · 0–15 min

Where you are

You name where things actually stand. Not the polished version. The version you'd tell a trusted friend.

02 · 15–45 min

What you want

We build a vivid vision for the next 12 months. Personal as much as professional. Specific enough to pull. Surface what's currently in the way.

03 · 45–60 min

What's next

A clear next step you can take this week. An honest read on whether coaching is the right move and, if it is, what working together might look like.

What you leave with

Four things, guaranteed.

01 · A vision

Specific enough to write down, personal enough to feel pulled by, broad enough to hold a whole year.

02 · A clear next step

Something you can actually do this week, not a 90-day plan you'll bin by Friday.

03 · Named friction

One or two specific things in the way of your vision — internal or external. Hard to unsee once named.

04 · A real answer

Whether coaching is the right move for you right now. Sometimes the answer is no. That's a useful outcome.

How to prepare

Almost nothing.

Sit in a quiet place where you can talk freely for an hour. Have a notebook open if it helps.

James sends a short prep pack 48 hours before the call with three questions worth sitting with. You don't have to write answers; just letting the questions land before we speak is enough.

Questions

What people ask first.

Is the Vision Call really free?

Yes. Sixty minutes, no card on file, no obligation to continue afterwards. The Vision Call exists because the only honest way to know whether coaching is right for you is to do some coaching.

What happens in the 60 minutes?

James leads a structured coaching conversation. You arrive with whatever is most alive for you. Together you build a vivid, personal vision for the next 12 months and surface what's currently in the way of living it. You leave with a clear next step.

What do I need to do before the call?

Sit in a quiet place where you can talk freely for an hour. Have a notebook open. James will send a short prep pack 48 hours before with three questions worth sitting with. You don't have to write answers; just letting the questions land is enough.

Will I be sold to at the end?

No. If the conversation feels useful and you want to know what working together looks like, James will share the programmes. If you'd rather sit with it and decide later, that's the default. Nobody gets a follow-up email asking for a decision.

Is this for me if I'm not a founder?

Yes. The Vision Call is for any leader, founder, or senior individual who suspects there's a version of themselves ready to be lived and wants help making it specific. If you're being considered for a corporate-sponsored leadership coaching engagement, the equivalent first step is a sponsor call rather than this one — see the Leadership Coaching page.

Can we do it in French?

Yes. James works in English and French. The Vision Call can be in either. Mention which you'd prefer when you book.
