The work usually moves through three layers in parallel:
Coaching runs in blocks of six or twelve months. Each block has a clear shape: a frontloaded onboarding intensive, regular sessions, written reflection between them, and a reflection call at the end to bank what shifted.
The exact session count, cadence, and supporting practice get designed for your situation, not picked off a menu. We confirm the shape in the Vision Call. New programmes usually start three to four weeks after that.

The default is six months or twelve months. Six months is enough to build new patterns rather than just talk about them. Twelve months is the standard for leaders working through bigger transitions or wanting a full year to step into a different version of themselves.
Three one-hour sessions per month is the default cadence (closer to fortnightly than weekly). Plus an onboarding intensive at the start and a reflection call at day 30 post-engagement. Sessions are virtual unless in-person is preferred and feasible.
Each session is structured around what's most alive for you in that week. We use frameworks where they serve, drop them where they don't. Outside sessions, you get the BAR Method workbook, the 4Rs Daily Companion, and Friday Field Notes (a weekly written check-in). The work is confidential, grounded in behavioural science, and designed to produce sustained results.
