Training

For teams that want to perform together.

Three programmes building strengths, Emotional Culture, accountability, and high performance. James is Gallup Certified for CliftonStrengths. Run as off-sites, half-day sessions, or longer engagements.

Who it's for

Leadership teams that are competent and quietly stuck.

You've got a strong leadership team on paper. Strategy is clear. Tactics are sharp. Most of the people you'd want in the room are in the room. And yet something keeps not landing — alignment is fragile, accountability is asymmetric, the meeting after the meeting is where the real decisions get made.

That's usually not a strategy problem. It's a team operating-system problem. The three programmes below address three different layers of that operating system. They can run standalone or in sequence.

Format

Three ways to take a programme.

  • Off-site or full-day intensive. Single deep session, usually for a kick-off or reset. 6–8 hours with the leadership team in the room.
  • Half-day sessions in series. Three to six half-days over two to four months. Gives the team time to test what they're learning between sessions.
  • Longer integration engagement. Combines team work with one-to-one coaching for the leader and asynchronous support. Best when culture is the real lever and a one-off won't move it.

Format gets chosen after a discovery call once the goal is clear. The same programme can run differently for two different teams.

How it starts

One conversation.

Team training engagements start with a short discovery call (usually with the team's leader and, where relevant, an HR sponsor). The call covers the team's current shape, what's been tried, what the success criteria are, and which of the three programmes is the right fit. James designs a proposal from there.

Sessions are delivered in English or French, virtually or in person, anywhere in the UK or Europe.

If you're considering training for your team, the right first step is a short call to make sure the fit is real before any proposal.
